Privacy

The information collected from you at the time you place an order (on you or those you gift to) will be stored in our database and is used purely to carry out your instructions and action your payment. There are no circumstances under which, this information might be passed to a third party.

Contact

We will only contact you in connection with your instructions and keep you well informed should we have any difficulties providing you with the specific goods ordered, to be delivered by your date specified. We will not email you at all without your permission.

Prices and Availability

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of delivery charges. Magic+Voodoo reserves the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice.

As we process your order, we will inform you by email if any products you order are subsequently found to be unavailable.

How to Pay

All payments are processed through Paypal.

You can pay with money held in your PayPal account balance or if you do not have a Paypal account use another payment method such as a credit card, debit card or your bank account.

PayPal uses cutting-edge data encryption, fraud detection tools and all kinds of other advanced techniques to improve security.

If your transaction involves a currency conversion, it will be completed at a retail exchange rate determined by PayPal. This rate includes a 2.5% spread above the wholesale exchange rate at which PayPal obtains foreign currency.

PayPal never shares your financial information with sellers or retailers.

Ordering Process

Delivery

We plan to pack and despatch your orders within 3 days of the payment being processed. They should arrive 1-2 days after being sent. If you live in Europe then allow 4 to 5 days after payment has been taken. For the rest of the world please allow approx 10 to 14 days for delivery.

Please note that shipping dates are estimates only. Unless otherwise stated, despatch dates are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon.

Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order.

If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

Returns

In the event of dissatisfaction with the product simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt.

To arrange a return, please email us with your full name and order number, letting us know whether you require an exchange or refund. Returns or exchanges sent to us without a note cannot be processed.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

We will not refund postage costs unless the item is faulty or is a mistake made through us.

Any returned items will be refunded as soon as possible upon receipt.

Cancellation

If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as you can (hello@magicandvoodoo.com). We will try our best to make any changes but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so as the order may already have been processed. In such cases, you may have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the normal Returns procedures.

Once we’ve heard from you that you wish to cancel an order, any sum debited to us from your credit, debit card or Paypal account will be re-credited to that credit or debit account within 30 days of your order (this may take up to 30 days to appear on the card statement), provided the goods you return are in the same condition that they were when delivered to you. You will be liable to any charges incurred when returning the goods to Magic+Voodoo, unless the return is as a result of an error on our side.

Sizing, Colour + Printing

All items have been described as accurately as possible.  However, slight variations may occur with colour reproduction or text descriptions.

All designs are printed by hand and as such may vary slightly from the image shown or have slight inaccuracies – something that we think adds to the uniqueness of our products.

All sizes given in size charts are approximate and are to be used as guidelines and not exact measurements.

Liability

Magic+Voodoo’s total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price paid for the goods supplied by Magic+Voodoo to the customer, together with any postage costs incurred.
